Deezigns offers WordPress web design and development services, including but not limited to website creation, customization, maintenance, and SEO optimization. Specific terms regarding the scope, payment, and delivery of services will be outlined in separate agreements between you and us when you engage our services.

In order to access certain features or services, you may need to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account and to update your information if necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content: All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Deezigns or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
Client-Specific Content: Any work created specifically for you (such as a custom website design) will remain your intellectual property upon full payment for the services provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
- Engage in any activity that could interfere with the functionality of our website or its servers.
- Attempt to access or hack into any parts of the website or systems that you are not authorized to use.
Payment and Fees
For any services provided by Deezigns, payment terms, fees, and invoicing details will be set out in the service agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner as outlined in the agreement.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Elementor Pro License
How the Elementor Pro license works on your website.
Your website may be using my professional Elementor Pro license, which enables advanced features like your custom header, footer, contact forms, and other Pro widgets.
What this means for you:
- You have full access to all Elementor Pro features while the license is active.
- You won’t need to purchase your own license unless you prefer full ownership.
However, please note:
- The license technically belongs to me as the developer.
- If the license is removed or disconnected in the future, your site will still look the same, but you won’t be able to edit Pro features.
- You also won’t receive Elementor Pro updates or support unless the license is reconnected.
If you’d rather own the license, no problem — I can guide you through purchasing your own Elementor Pro license and help you set it up.
Use of Work for Portfolio and Marketing
By engaging with Deezigns, you agree to grant us permission to showcase the website we design for you as part of our portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying the website on our own website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
We may use screenshots, videos, or links to the live website to demonstrate our design work. If you prefer that your website not be featured, please notify us in writing prior to the completion of the project, and we will respect your request.
This permission does not grant us any right to modify or publish your content beyond showcasing the website design. You retain full ownership of your content and intellectual property as outlined in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Deezigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the website or the services, and all services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Deezigns, its affiliates, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Modification to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
